   The middle of seven children, Kevin was born and raised in western New York.  As a first-generation college student, he attended Houghton College where he received his BA in history in 1985.  After college, he joined MarketSource Corporation, a college marketing and event planning company.  There is no question that this experience paved the way for his own company, College Funding Alternatives Inc, that set sail in 1997.
   For 26 years Kevin has been helping families with the college selection and financial aid process.  Using a unique five step process he developed, Kevin has helped thousands of families from coast to coast achieve their goal of being able to afford college.  Kevin is the author of the book "The Key to Paying for College" and has been interviewed in several national publications as well as highlighted in some TV and radio appearances.
   Kevin is also the Executive Director of WISE UP, a non-profit dedicated to assisting at-risk high school students overcome the systemic roadblocks that keep them from getting into and graduating from college.
   Kevin has been married to his lovely wife, Carol, for 33 years. They have three grown children who have all graduated from college and are working in successful careers.
